At first, Bob seemed aloof, but once I started talking to him, I liked his personality immediately. He was one of LHS swim team captains. He was my partner in the Tankateers annual swim show. We had a routine with six senior girls and 6 senior swim team boys. He had to lift me up at the end of the routine. He had been nursing a broken nose and it was taped up. I remember at one of the performances I slipped from his grasp and landed on his head! OMG I was so worried that I reinjured his nose! As usual, he was laughing and cool about it!  I was really sorry when I learned of his passing, so many years ago.

Bob was so sincere and cute.  Met him in language arts my senior year.  Just liked him immediately.  I asked him to escort me to homecoming.  He learned to drive and got his license just for that night.  Well, Bob was not the best driver that night but he was a very nice escort.  One of my wonderful senior year memories.
